How I got started..

Hi! My name is Danielle Buscemi, I'm 28, and I'm 3/4 of the way to owning my own dog grooming business. It all started about 2 years ago.

I am currently completing a 2 year apprenticeship. I am working under a master groomer and stylist who has been grooming for 40 years. I am so lucky to be studying under her. Doris Watson is the owner of The Pet Whisperer Spa Mobile. The Pet Whisperer is north county San Diego's most elite and premiere grooming service. Together, Doris, myself and her son Dane groom over 200 dogs a month! I have been studying for 12-14 hours a day for about 19 months now! Its been quite an intensive journey!

I've learned how to handle and care for so many different breeds of dogs.
